Bluff City Morning View Cemetery Corporation was chartered in 1960 by J Forest Thomas, Kenneth Carrier, Rom E. Baird, W.C. Fleenor, and Herbert Mills. The primary purpose of the corporation is to assure the cemetery is maintained in an acceptable manner for all families with loved ones buried in the cemetery. The Bluff City Morning View Cemetery is over 150 years old and depends heavily on donations for on-going maintenance.
